I like to use the time at the end of the year for a review: What has happened in the last 12 months, which beauty products have particularly impressed me? Which trends are emerging? This year we’re awarding 8 extraordinary, especially beautiful and outstanding products an OBA!

Stretch Mark Oil that keeps it’s promise

I discovered the Stretch Mark Oil from Weleda while I was pregnant, and I can tell you it sticks to what it claims. It will keep your skin smooth and elastic and needless to say, I have recommended it to all my pregnant friends. None of them have seen a single stretch mark after giving birth. Self-tanning product of the year

Eco By Sonya Natural Face Tan Water was my favorite self-tanning product in Spring and Summer this year. It creates a natural glow and locks in moisture without clogging pores. One of my “must have” products so I’m proud to award it an OBA

Non-greasy and non-whitening sun cream

Speaking of sun: In my opinion, Green People were leading the market this year with natural and organic sun cream. Especially great is the Green People Facial Sun Cream with SPF30 which is based on antioxidant-rich plants and works well – without leaving the skin greasy or white. A big step in the field of natural cosmetic sun care. Number 3 on our 2017 OBA awards!

Soft, softer, the softest – Organic Bamboo Leggings

I changed my entire leggings range to Boody Leggings this year as I had enough of leggings that itch or wear out. And man I’m glad I did. These leggings are a must have for everyone who loves wearing leggings. They are made from 100% organic bamboo and are super soft on your skin. They don’t bobble, itch or wear-out. Bamboo really is the way forward and I couldn’t leave this excellent product out of the awards. It’s an OBA winner!

Uplifting Eye and Lip Make-up Remover

May I introduce you to the brand new 2 Phase Make-Up Remover for Eyes and Lips from Sante! It removes make-up and lipstick gently with organic oils and aloe vera juice and smells refreshing like cucumber. I love the uplifting effect of it and I will continue to add it to my daily evening ritual.

Best concealer to cover up sleepless nights

I have been using the new Light Reflecting Concealer from Dr Hauschka for three months to cover those dark shadows. I have to say it works even better than the previous normal concealer versions. This product deserves an OBA for the excellent way it hides those dark circles and brightens up the eye area.

Hand cream that pampers your hands and smells good!

A hand cream that cares well, absorbs quickly and at the same time smells good: The regenerating hand cream by Dr Hauschka contains rich olive and avocado oil and supports the skin’s strength and elasticity. I use it as a daily ritual in the evening before going to bed and from time to time throughout the day at my desk. A favorite of mine that I always have with me.

Eyebrow Talent Kit in a cute little box

I’m very excited about the latest product from Sante – The eyebrow talent kit which shapes your brows the way you want. This cute little set comes with two eyebrow powders, a small set of tweezers and a two applicators with two different brushes. The tweezers might be small but are very good when using them for plucking the brows. Just comb the brows and apply your colour as desired and voila – your eyebrows are under control.
